The first part of the evening will involve Melissa Cigna leading the attendees through a soft maze of easy to follow hypnotherapy meditations that will calm, soothe and allow participants to easily sink into a blissful state and leave the world and it's problems at bey. Calling upon all that is positive in the Universe, Melissa's warmth, humanity and superior knowledge of hypnotherapy, reiki (master) and meditation create a healing environment wherever she goes. The second part of the evening will be hosted by Sandy Duncan, Intuitive Medium. Sandy's gentle but straightforward approach allows her to see spirit as she has done since she was a child and speak with them to deliver messages. Quite often these messages are what we need vs what we want as spirit decides what is best for us. With a dash of humour when needed and lots of compassion throughout, these messages are well received and often passed along to the participants at just the right time.
*Must bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and eye mask if wanted. Hypno-Meditation is recommended if permitted & comfortable.
